Benefit delays faced by migrants

Using research undertaken with its SLF grant, Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG) has produced a report on the lawfulness of delays in deciding social security applications from migrants. Delays cause real hardship, affect recently recognised refugees and other migrants, and can leave families who are eligible for support with no income, read about the grant.
