Message from SLF's project manager Bella Kosmala

After over two years of running the Strategic Legal Fund, the time has come to move on. My final working day is today, Friday 3rd April 2020.

I am very grateful for the opportunity I've been given to work with and learn from inspiring and passionate grantees, expert panel members, colleagues.

The SLF truly is an invaluable source of funding and it has been an absolute pleasure to support all the amazing work that is taking place defending migrants' rights in the UK.

As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak, there will be a delay in the recruitment of my successor. This means the SLF will not be running its regular funding rounds for a few months, but please note that we still accept out-of-rounds funding proposals where the urgency can be demonstrated.
