Public Interest Law Centre Report on Rough Sleeping Amendment.

Public Interest Law Centre.(PILC) received SLF funding in November 2020 for pre litigation research to prepare a strategic legal challenge against the SSHD's amendment to the Immigration Rules which introduced 'rough sleeping' as a basis to refuse or cancel leave to enter or remain in the UK.
