JCWI – call for evidence MM Lebanon 2017

JCWi is asking for any decision letters that you may have to assist their Families Together project. They are reviewing the quality of decision making following the Supreme Court’s judgement in MM Lebanon in 2017.

They are particularly interested in gathering a body of decision letters in which the best interests of children were relevant to the assessment of spousal/partner applications, to consider the extent to which the best interests of the children have been properly taken into account.
