Latest grants from the Strategic Legal Fund

The SLF has just awarded grant funding to Bindmans LLP to gather evidence regarding reasons and rates of refusal of family visit applications from certain parts of the world which result in discriminatory disadvantage for migrant children or children of migrants. They anticipate this research will enable them to extend the issues they raise in the European Court of Human Rights.
